What is the webbing sling?

Webbing sling is used for lifting in the marine, metallurgy, mechanical, transportation fields.

How to use the webbing sling？
Before Use
  1. Check the tag and shape of the webbing sling. Do not use the abrasion, surface chafing, cuts, cracked end fittings, loose, cut or incomplete stitching on seams or eyes webbing slings.
  2. Do not drag the webbing sling during the moving.
  3. The object you want to lift, which also needs to check. Are there any sharp edges on the apparatus or load you are lifting that could damage the textile sling? Sleeves or patches can be used on any areas that may need some extra protection.
During Use
4. Do not knot and twist the webbing sling during the lifting progress.
5. The operators familiar with using slings should plan the lifting and lowering of the load beforehand to ensure that the job can be carried out safely.
6. The weight of the load should be as uniformly spread across the sling as possible,and if using multiple slings for a single load the weight should be distributed evenly between them.This should ensure that the load is stable enough not to tilt or fall when being lifted.
7. Keep your sling in perfect condition make sure it is kept away from UV radiation,sunlight and sources of heat.
After Use
8. Storing your webbing sling correctly will prolong its service life and ensure the safety of all those using it
